Nutrition Coaching - 6 Months
What is nutrition coaching and how does this work?
As a nutrition coach, I believe it’s my responsibility to meet you where you’re currently at considering your lifestyle, family priorities, work and overall knowledge of fitness and nutrition, because at the end of the day, you know yourself best above all else. The better we understand what you believe you’re capable of doing taking into account everything I’ve mentioned above, the greater chance we have of finding a system that is compatible with your goals. Everything moving forward is a brick by brick approach building small realistic habits that create the type of momentum that can and will, allow you to be successful with your nutrition and lifestyle goals with the right amount of focus, self-discipline and communication.
Understand that making lifestyle changes is no easy task, but with the right guidance and accountability, you can learn how to progressively take the right steps over a period of time towards a sustainable lifestyle of health and wellness that you can follow for years to come and provide long term benefits that we all seek no matter what our fitness goals are.
How does it work?
Initial introductory meeting about goals, current lifestyle behaviors and discussion about prior nutrition experiences.
Follow up after introductory meeting to form a system/routine that is realistic to understand and follow around your daily activities.
This can consist of macro counting with adjustments along the way, intuitive eating, intermittent fasting or balanced eating.
Weekly check ins (30 min) via zoom, phone call or in person if in the Richmond area (per request)
Examples of healthier choices of protein, produce and fats to help with grocery selections.
