This is for the individual who needs a workout routine to follow and has the ability to be consistent with their sessions.
No travel plan adjustments or exercise technique analysis (video)
TIER TWO $200 PER MONTH
What’s included?
Up to 5-6 Training Sessions Per Week (4 Weeks)
Custom Travel Programming (if necessary)
Exercise Technique Analysis (video)
This is for the individual who is very active with their fitness routine and may need additional support outside of the original programming.
